Outreach

We were a rookie team with a small budget.  We got some starter budget from our parents - but we had to arrive at the most cost effective design.  One of the examples is the Telescopic Arm.  We created an ARM that could pick up, drop and also lift itself - but costed us less than $100.  We also did outreach within our community and also got sponsorship from a local pizza restaurant - MountainMikes Saratoga.

We believe sharing enhances learning and is also a lot of fun. We spent hours at the Argonaut Elementary School showing our Robot and explaining its design to a bunch of 4th & 5th grade FLL teams. They also got to test drive our Robot!!
